Menopause at work: the tools, the talk, and the benefit.
For employees, everything is private. For employers, everything is ready to roll out. One hub, two lanes.
Built for Canadian workplaces. Prices in CAD. Works alongside provincial care.
Your tracking, journals and check-ins are yours. No data sale, no model training on your entries. Employee data is never shared with employers.
Door 01 · Quiet and private
Your manager and HR never see what you open here.
- Your symptoms, your rights, and what's reasonable to ask for, at your own pace
- Disclosure scripts: word-for-word lines for a manager 1:1, HR, or a colleague
- Employee toolkit: wording for telling a manager, return-from-leave notes, a benefits coverage check, an incident log
Quick self-check
How menopause-ready is your workplace?
Eight questions, two minutes, anonymous. Nothing is saved or sent — this runs entirely in your browser. Useful before a manager conversation, or as a baseline if you're the one being asked to build a policy.
Q1
Is there a written menopause (or menopause-inclusive health) policy?
Not just a wellbeing slide. A document you could actually find on the intranet.
Q2
Have line managers had any training on menopause at work?
Even a 45-minute lunch-and-learn counts as 'Partly'.
Q3
Are practical adjustments (cooler space, flex hours, breaks) easy to ask for?
Easy = without a formal occupational-health referral first.
Q4
Do health benefits cover menopause care — MHT, specialist visits, or a menopause platform?
US: check your plan. UK/CA: check private cover or wellbeing budget.
Q5
Can someone take menopause-related sick leave without it counting against them?
Either a dedicated category, or sick-leave triggers that exclude menopause-related absence.
Q6
Is menopause named openly in DEI, women's-health or wellbeing comms?
Naming it counts. Generic 'midlife wellness' doesn't.
Q7
Is there an ERG, network or peer-support group where menopause is welcome?
A women's network that includes menopause is fine. So is a dedicated menopause circle.
Q8
Has a senior leader spoken about menopause on the record in the last 12 months?
All-hands, intranet post, podcast, conference panel — all count.

Door 02 · Ready to roll out
The menopause benefit people can use before they're ready to tell anyone at work.
Hello Nila gives employees a private place to understand symptoms, track patterns, prepare for care and ask for support. You get a credible benefit that launches quickly, works beside existing care, and never asks employees to disclose why they need it.

of Canadian women aged 40 to 60 wouldn't feel comfortable raising menopause symptoms with HR.
Menopause Foundation of Canada and Deloitte, 2023 (Leger, n=1,023)1 in 10

How we measure results
Every rollout comes with the same four anonymous questions at the start and after 90 days: understanding of symptoms, confidence talking to a manager, feeling supported, and thinking about leaving. You see group totals only, and only once 5 or more people have answered. We only publish results from real rollouts, never projections.
Teams and employers
Team seats from CAD $69 per seat per year at 10+, $59 at 50+, $49 at 250+. Single invoice, ten-seat minimum. 10-seat pilot, no credit card.
For TeamsHealth plans and benefits
CAD $39 / USD $39 per seat plan pricing, co-designed launch, anonymized aggregate reporting only.
