Nila Premium

The full Nila. The whole library, the daily tracker, the private rooms.

Built for the women carrying the most questions about perimenopause, menopause and everything that comes after. Members also use it for endo, PMDD, surgical menopause and post-pill — the toolkits, tracker and research carry across.

The one members talk about

Walk into your next appointment with answers, not screenshots.

Premium turns weeks of symptom logs into a doctor-ready letter, generated in one tap, from your own chat history and tracked data.

  • Your story so far, written back every week: Nila reads your symptom logs, check-ins and any Apple Health data together and tells you what shifted, when, and what to ask next
  • Every line tagged SELF-REPORTED or DEVICE-MEASURED, so your doctor knows what they're reading.

From members

What we hear, again and again.

Composite quotes drawn from member conversations. Themes are real; identities are not.

Am I just being dramatic?

Two years of saying I'm fine. Wrote it down for a month and even I didn't believe me anymore.
Priya, 47, perimenopause

Why does every reply end with a supplement link?

Asked a question at 11pm. Three women answered. Nobody tried to sell me anything. I cried a bit.
Aaliyah, 52, surgical menopause

What did my mum get wrong about HRT?

My mum was scared of it. I get why now. Doesn't mean I have to be.
Marisol, 49, postmenopause

A note from us

Why Nila Premium exists.

We built Nila because the menopause internet was either trying to scare us, sell us a $90 supplement, or talk down to us. None of that helps when you're awake at three in the morning wondering if this is just life now.

Premium pays for the one thing we won't compromise on: editorial independence. Sponsors can't buy into the editorial body of any Premium page, can't influence an evidence grade, and can't show up on crisis, counselling, identity, treatments or research-summary pages. Some Premium pages do carry a clearly labelled "Partner pick" module at the edges, visually distinct, one per page, easy to skip, never replacing an editorial pick. The full rules, including how partner picks are vetted and disclosed, are in our partner policy. Every Premium dollar funds the editorial work behind these pages, builds tools that actually help, and keeps the community a place worth being in. Outside clinical reviewers aren't on the team yet, when they are, we'll credit them by name.

If that tradeoff makes sense to you, we'd love to have you.
