Support organizations
The groups doing this work where you live.
Charities, professional societies and volunteer campaigns that publish free menopause information or run peer support. We list them because they're useful, not because they pay us.
A professional society writes the guidance your doctor is likely to follow. A charity or campaign usually writes for you. Peer support is people who have been through it. All three are worth knowing about, for different reasons.
