Directory
Find someone who actually gets menopause.
Curated and verified by Nila — we don't take a cut of your visit, and we won't list anyone we wouldn't trust with someone we love. Narrow by type: medical and prescribing, allied and mental health, integrative and coaching, or research, teaching and speaking.
Looking for a therapist or counsellor? Read the mental health support guide first. It explains which kind of therapy fits what, what to ask on a first call, and lists the official professional registers by region alongside the practitioners here.
Every listing is verified by hand.
We check credentials or a verifiable body of work before anyone appears here. Listings are free for v1; we'll always disclose if that changes.

Filters are self-declared by the person or clinic listed. We verify credentials or a verifiable body of work, not lived match — always ask in your first conversation.
How this directory works.
- A listing means a practitioner told us they work with menopausal patients and we verified their registration with the relevant professional body at the time of listing. Credentials can change — please re-check before booking.
- It is not a personal endorsement, a clinical referral, a guarantee of fit, or medical advice. Nila doesn't supervise practitioners and isn't responsible for the care they provide.
- A Featured badge means a practitioner pays a flat placement fee. Featured listings sit in their own labelled, dismissible rail above the editorial directory — they never appear inside it, and the fee doesn't influence verification, ranking, or our editorial coverage. Grouping describes scope, not quality; the research and speaking group is for people to read or invite rather than book. See disclosures.
- Hello Nila isn't a covered health-record provider (not a HIPAA covered entity in the US, not a PHIPA custodian in Canada). Anything you share with a practitioner you find here is between you and them.
