• Ten Things Your Doctor Should Know About Menopause . Free PDF from Menopause Support (Diane Danzebrink's UK CIC), written to be handed across the desk if a first appointment didn't get you where you needed to go. Find it under their free resources.
• Symptom checkers (print-and-fill) . Print-ready symptom and GSM checklists from Menopause Support, designed to fill in at home and bring to the appointment so nothing falls off the list in the room.
