Apple Health and Health Connect are live — shown, never scored
Sleep, steps, resting heart rate, HRV and cycle days can now sit beside the symptoms you log yourself. Nila will not turn any of it into a score.

Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android are now fully switched on in Nila. You can bring sleep, steps, resting heart rate, heart rate variability and cycle days into your private daily check-in, right next to the symptoms you write down yourself.
What we will not do
We will not grade your data. There is no readiness score, no recovery ring, no sleep grade, no colour-coded verdict on last night. Your numbers appear exactly as your device reported them, described in plain language, beside your own notes — so you can notice a pattern rather than be handed a judgement.
That is a deliberate choice, not a missing feature. Measurements taken outside a sleep lab carry real error margins, and the validation research on consumer devices is published openly in our research library. We would rather show you the honest picture than dress up a guess as a number out of ten.
It works with your wearable too
Nila does not need to connect to your watch directly. If your Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, Withings or Whoop already writes to Apple Health or Health Connect, Nila can read it through your phone — no extra account, no separate login.
You stay in charge
You choose what to share, one measurement at a time, and you can switch any of it off whenever you like without losing a word you typed. Your health data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shown to the community.
To turn it on: open Track, then Bring these in.
