By The Nila desk
For World Menopause Day, Nila is hosting Menopause Myths, Debunked on Sunday, Oct 18, 2026 at 9 a.m. Pacific (5 p.m. UK). We moved it early on purpose so people in the UK and Europe can join at a civil hour.
The International Menopause Society theme this year is chronic pain at midlife, so that runs through the session: joint and muscle pain, headache, pelvic pain, and what the evidence actually supports.
Free, online, and recorded. Register here
