The Hormone Literacy Challenge
A plain-language reset for anyone done Googling "is this perimenopause?" Four weeks of plain-language midlife context — what your body is doing, how to track patterns without shame, what actually helps, and how to walk into any appointment feeling clear and heard.

Hosted in Sole Sister's WhatsApp cohort. Membership and pricing are handled on their site.
The four weeks
One short read, one prompt, one small action. Every day.
If perimenopause, menopause, testosterone or estrogen shifts are part of your life, you're in the right place. Built around bodies and hormones, not labels.

Walking in clear
Into any appointment, at any age, feeling heard
How it works
The shape of a day.
Inside the WhatsApp cohort
Sole Sister hosts the Challenge in their existing WhatsApp container. No app to download, no platform to learn.
Ten minutes a day
One short read from Nila's evidence-graded library, one prompt, one small action. It stays in the thread if you miss a day.
No streaks, no pace pressure
We count what you've built, not what you've missed. Missed days are just empty — no red X, no catching up.
Nila writes the reads and prompts; Sole Sister runs the cohort and the membership. Every clinical claim is graded A through D against the source study, and treatments are framed as worth a real conversation with your doctor — never a prescription.
How to join
Sign up on the Sole Sister site.
The cohort, the membership and the sign-up all live with Sole Sister Ramblers. Grab a membership, then join the September Hormone Literacy cohort from their Challenge page. Spaces are limited for the pilot.

Questions
The things people ask first.
Do I need to be in menopause to join?
No. It's for anyone in midlife whose hormones are shifting — perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause. Built around bodies and hormones, not labels.
Is this a medical program?
No. It's an education and tracking cohort. Nothing in the Challenge is a diagnosis, a prescription, or a substitute for seeing a doctor — we point you toward a real conversation with someone who knows midlife.
What if I miss a day?
You miss a day. No streak to break, no catching up. The reads and prompts stay in the thread. Every day you do log counts.
What does it cost?
The Challenge runs inside Sole Sister Ramblers' WhatsApp cohort, so it's covered by a Sole Sister membership. Current options and prices are on their site. There's no separate Nila fee.
Is the content evidence-based?
Yes. Nila's library grades every clinical claim A through D against the source study, and the Challenge reads come straight from it. No alternative-medicine detours, no supplement sales, no affiliate cuts.
