What WIN sees
WIN sees a single count: how many of the 100 memberships have been claimed. Nothing about who claimed what, ever.
That's enforced in the database, not just promised here. The only thing this page is allowed to read is a total. Names, emails, symptom logs, journal entries and questions asked aren't reachable from it.
The code to hand out
Claiming needs a shared code, so the years reach the people WIN works with rather than the open internet. Erin sent the code to Clare and Jasmine directly — it's the same code for everyone, it identifies nobody, and it can be changed or retired at any time by emailing info@hellonila.com. Give it out on cards, in New Start packages, or in person.
Ways to hand it out
Everything runs off one link plus the code Erin sent you, so it works equally well handed across a desk, dropped in a newsletter, or posted on WIN's own site. Give out the code alongside whichever wording you use — participants need it to claim. Pick whichever fits how WIN actually reaches people.
