Reach women in midlife, without losing their trust.
Clearly-labelled sponsorship for menopause-literate brands, practitioners and partners. You buy a spot on the page; you don't buy our editorial, our rankings, or a way into the community.

What we cover
Eighteen surfaces, one trusted voice.
Fifteen library sections plus Goals, Pathways and Community. Each one has its own rules. Some are open to the right kind of brand; others stay fully ours, with no sponsorship planned. The table below maps every one.
Tap any pillar to jump to its row in the catalogue below, eligibility, formats, and rationale.
What we're actively looking for: menopause doctors and specialists who get neurodivergence, AuDHD-aware therapists, and specialists who work with women diagnosed late in life, for our practitioner directory.
We're also keen to commission research on ADHD, autism and mental health through perimenopause. If that's your work, please tell us in the form below.
The full catalogue
Sixteen ways to work with us. Pick the one that fits.
Some are live and bookable today. A few aren't built yet — we say so plainly — so you can register interest without us pretending otherwise.
All fees in Canadian dollars (CAD). Nila runs out of British Columbia, Canada. Canadian sales tax (GST, HST, PST or QST) is added to your invoice where required, based on your billing address. International partners are invoiced in CAD with no Canadian tax added; any local taxes (UK VAT, US state sales tax, etc.) are on your side.

Sponsored research article
A long, careful explainer in our Research library, paid for by you, written and reviewed by us. We name the reviewer, show the date, and put a clear 'Sponsored' label at the top.
Shape · Flat fee from CAD $1,200 · 1 article + 30-day distribution
Open to inquiries
Academic / clinical research collaboration
We host studies, help you find participants from members who opt in, and share findings together. Areas we're keen to support right now: ADHD, autism, perimenopause and mental health, and late diagnosis. Universities and ethics-approved teams welcome.
Shape · Simple written agreement · co-authored writeup · we don't sell or share member data
Open to inquiries
Product partnership (commission-based)
We have product slots across Beauty, Lifestyle, Movement, Nutrition, Products, Recipes, Supplements (third-party tested only) and Workouts. You send us your product details, we slot it in with a clear 'Affiliate' label, and we earn a small commission if a member buys.
Shape · We earn a commission per sale · you draft the copy, our editor makes sure it reads honestly
Open to inquiries
Retail partnership
Multi-brand retailers and curated marketplaces (Sephora, Target Wellness, John Lewis Health, etc.), landing-page co-features, gift guides, and cross-promotion around launch moments.
Shape · Flat fee plus a small commission on sales · usually built around a launch window

Device & app integration
This one is built. Nila reads the daily totals a member chooses from Apple Health or Google Fit — sleep, resting heart rate, steps, cycle days — and shows them next to their own symptom logs. Anything that writes to Apple Health or Google Fit (Oura, Garmin, Withings, Fitbit, Clue, Flo) already flows in with no work on your side. If you'd like your members told about it, or want a direct connection instead, talk to us.
Shape · No fee to connect via Apple Health / Google Fit · direct API work scoped case-by-case
Open to inquiries
Wearable & device brand collaboration
For device brands whose data already lands in Nila. A co-written explainer on what your metric actually means in perimenopause, a labelled placement on the tracking pages members reach after they sync, and a member perk or discount code. We never grade your device more kindly because you paid — evidence grades and editorial picks stay out of the deal.
Shape · Flat fee from CAD $2,000 for a 90-day placement · perk codes negotiated separately
Open to inquiries
Brand spotlight
A named profile of a menopause-literate brand or founder, origin story, what's in the product, what they do differently. Clearly labelled 'Presented by'. Sits in the relevant library section.
Shape · Flat fee from CAD $1,500 · one long-form profile, stays up for 6 months
Open to inquiries
Newsletter sponsorship
One clearly labelled 'Sponsored' module per issue of Hello Nila, our bi-weekly LinkedIn newsletter. 800+ subscribers and growing. Honest copy, one tracked link, and a short performance summary after the send.

Practitioner directory
For menopause-literate doctors or specialists, pelvic-floor PTs, dietitians, therapists, coaches, and naturopaths. A basic listing is free for everyone. A featured (top-of-results) slot is paid, and clearly labelled. Apply at /practitioners/list — we check your registration before you go live.
Shape · Free base listing · paid featured slot · no editorial review changes
CAD $390/year
Equivalent to CAD $32.50/mo · save CAD $78 vs monthly (2 months free).

Symptom landing page placement
A clearly labelled panel on high-traffic symptom pages (sleep, hot flashes, anxiety, joint pain, brain fog). The article itself stays ours; the sponsored panel sits to one side and is marked as such.
Shape · Flat retainer plus commission on sales · we review your product details first
Live now
Featured event placement
Anyone signed in can list a meetup, webinar, workshop, conference or retreat in our worldwide events directory for free — editors review every submission. A Featured slot pins your event in its own clearly-labelled strip at the top of /events for 30 days. Never inline with the editorial list, never on crisis or identity pages.
Shape · Flat fee CAD $120 · 30-day pin · one event per slot · we check the link works first

Content sharing / co-publishing
Trade publishers, health communities and aligned publications can republish some of our research and pillar content, with our byline and a link back to the original on Nila. We can also co-write new pieces together, with both names on the byline. No money changes hands either way. Your readers get vetted Nila content, ours reach yours.
Shape · Case-by-case · no fee either way · always with byline and a link back to the original
Open to inquiries
Member benefit / perk
If you can offer members a real discount or early access on something genuinely useful, we'll surface it in the relevant library section with a 'Member perk' label. Not a paid placement: members get the full discount, you get in front of the right audience, and Nila takes no cut.
Shape · No fee for non-profits, charities and reciprocal content swaps · stays up long-term · we remove it if members stop using it · commercial brands, see the paid placement below
Open to inquiries
Member discount code placement
For commercial brands that want their member-only code surfaced on the /perks hub and in the relevant library section, with a clear 'Member perk' label. Same labelling as the free version, but it's a paid placement because it's distribution, not a community favour. Non-profits, charities and patient orgs stay free.
Shape · Flat fee from CAD $300 · 90-day placement on /perks plus one relevant library section · commission-based deals also possible
Open to inquiries
Community partnership
Charities, support orgs and aligned communities, cross-linking, joint events, shared resource pages. We don't charge non-profits.
Shape · No fee · simple written agreement · usually a content swap or shared resource page
Open to inquiries
Goal track sponsorship
Members pick a goal, sleep better tonight, move more this week, eat for energy, and follow a structured track for it. A sponsor can present the whole track ('Sleep track presented by [Brand]') with a labelled panel on the goal page and inside the weekly plan. The track content itself stays ours.
Shape · Flat fee from CAD $1,800 · one goal track for 90 days
Limited / case-by-case
Pathway hub sponsorship
Pathways are our long-running guides through a whole area (Sleep, Hot flashes, Cognitive, Cardiometabolic and more). A sponsor can present a hub with a labelled panel at the top, useful when your product fits a whole pathway, not just one symptom.
Shape · Flat fee from CAD $1,500 · labelled panel on the hub page · the rest of the page stays ours · sensitive pathways (mood, neurodivergence, identity, relationships) excluded

Nila for teams (employer seats)
Companies can buy Nila Premium for their employees as a benefit, sitting alongside EAPs and other wellbeing perks. Self-serve access for staff, no clinician booking, no triage, evidence-led content for perimenopause, menopause and midlife. See /for-employers for the pitch and tiers.
Shape · Annual seats from CAD $39 (health plan) to $79 (direct) per seat · 10 to 250+ employees · invoice or card · inquiry-only in v1
Open to inquiries
Benefit platform / employer data partnership
For benefit platforms, brokers and HR tech that want to show a client their menopause benefit is actually being used. We can report aggregate, de-identified engagement — how many seats are active, which areas members are reading, whether device syncing is on — with no individual member ever identifiable and nothing that could be re-linked to a person. Health data never leaves aggregate form.
Shape · Scoped per platform · aggregate reporting only, minimum cohort size enforced · no individual member data, ever · written data agreement required
For clinics and menopause services whose patients arrive under-prepared. Patients bring a Nila Appointment Pack to the visit — self-reported symptom frequency, validated questionnaire scores, and, if they've synced, device-measured sleep, resting heart rate and cycle days. Every section is labelled by source so you know what's self-report and what came off a device. The patient decides what's in it and brings it themselves; nothing is sent to you behind their back.
Shape · No fee for co-branded patient handouts · bulk seat or referral arrangements scoped case-by-case · patient always controls the pack

Wearable + symptom research cohort
The one we're most keen on. Members can opt in to contribute paired data — daily symptom logs alongside device-measured sleep, resting heart rate, steps and cycle days — to an ethics-approved study. Almost nobody has both halves in one place, which makes questions like 'does resting heart rate shift before a vasomotor flare' actually answerable. Opt-in is explicit and per-study, members can withdraw, and we don't sell data.
Shape · Ethics approval required · explicit per-study member opt-in · co-authored writeup · no data sale, no onward sharing

Which surfaces accept sponsorship?
All 18 sections of the site are mapped below, 15 library sections plus Goals, Pathways and Community. Some stay fully ours (Counselling, Treatments, Identity, anything with a crisis callout). Others welcome the right kind of brand, with clear labelling. Even the editorial-only sections can carry free 'Member perk' offers, see Member benefit / perk in the catalogue.
Featured event slot (paid pin) · free editor-reviewed listing for everyone
Anyone can submit an event for free. A paid Featured slot pins it in its own clearly-labelled strip at the top of /events for 30 days — never inline with the editorial list.
Formats · Featured event slot (paid pin) · free editor-reviewed listing for everyone

What we keep editorial-only: Counselling, Treatments, Identity and any page carrying a crisis callout, no sponsored panels, no affiliate links, no partner picks, no paid placements. On every other section, paid panels can sit at the edges of the page (one per page, visually distinct, clearly labelled), but not inside the article itself, and not instead of one of our recommendations. How we work
What partners can expect, every time.
We stay independent, sponsorship never shapes what we recommend.
Every sponsored or affiliate piece is clearly labelled, top of the page, no fine print.
Research is graded for evidence, with named reviewers and review dates.
We say no to anything we wouldn't recommend to our own community.
A placement buys you a labelled spot, that's it. Not posting rights, not community access, not the member library, not member data. To take part as a person, sign up like anyone else (it's free).
What a placement actually buys, and what it doesn't.
Short version: you're buying a clearly-labelled spot on the site. You're not buying access to our members, their data, or their conversations. The line is bright on purpose.
Does a placement let us post in the community or forums?+
No. Posting in community spaces is for members, full stop. A paid placement never includes the right to start threads, drop product mentions in conversations, or have a staff account post on behalf of the brand.
If someone from your team wants to take part as a person, they sign up like everyone else — it's free — and they post under their own name with no brand affiliation in the thread.
Can we DM members or be introduced to them?+
No. We don't broker direct messages, intros, or 'get in front of our most engaged members' deals. Members are not a list we sell access to.
All partner-facing surfaces are one-to-many and clearly labelled, a sponsored module, a directory listing, a sponsored research write-up. Reach happens in public, not in inboxes.
Do partners get access to the member library or premium content?+
No. The member library, premium guides, journal, tracking, and any gated tools stay behind the member paywall. A placement does not unlock them and does not let you publish into them.
If you want a piece of branded content to live somewhere on the site, it goes in a labelled sponsored slot we build with you, not inside the member-only library.
Do we get member data, emails, or analytics on individuals?+
No. We don't share personal data, email lists, demographic exports, or behavioural data tied to individual members. That's not a thing we sell.
What you do get is aggregate, anonymized performance on your placement: impressions, clicks, and (where relevant) conversion events you set up on your own site. Nothing that identifies a person.
What does a placement actually include, then?+
A clearly-labelled spot on the site or newsletter, for example a sponsored panel on a relevant page, a featured listing in the practitioner directory, a sponsored research write-up, or a newsletter module.
We write or edit the copy to fit the rest of the site, label it as sponsored or affiliate, and report back on overall performance (impressions and clicks). That's the product.
Can a placement influence editorial picks or rankings?+
No. The picks we make on merit (products page, symptom guides, pathway recommendations) stay completely separate from anything paid. A placement never moves a brand into one of those lists, and never replaces a pick.
If a brand we already recommend on merit becomes a partner, we keep the merit-based mention exactly as it is, and the paid placement sits in its own labelled spot.
Still unsure if your idea fits? Tell us in the form below, we'll say yes, no, or "yes but differently" within a few working days.
What you're paying for
You're buying a clearly labelled spot. Not a way into the community.
Whatever you take, a featured practitioner listing, a sponsored research piece, a spot in the newsletter, a brand spotlight, you're paying for visibility in a module that's openly marked as sponsored. That's it. Paying does not get you:
a member account, or the right to post in community rooms
the ability to comment on threads or message members directly
access to the member library, or any member data
any say over our editorial picks, rankings, or evidence grades
If someone on your team wants to take part in the community as a real person, read along, post, comment, send kudos, they sign up like everyone else (it's free) and follow the same community rules. Their account stays separate from anything you've paid for.
How we label things. Anything paid for on Nila is marked at the point you see it, "Sponsored", "Presented by [Sponsor]", "Featured", or "Affiliate", so readers always know who paid for what. This follows the US FTC's rules on endorsements (16 CFR Part 255) and the UK CAP / ASA equivalent. Sponsors don't influence our editorial picks, our rankings, or how we grade evidence. Anything we got for free, any commission we earn, any paid spot, we tell you before you click. Full detail in our disclosures and partner policy. Disclosures · Partner policy.
