WEEK 01
Bone, joints & muscle
Understand the long-stage shifts, notice everyday function, and find a repeatable mix of loading, strength, mobility, food, and recovery.

Starts November 1, 2026 · 28 days
Twenty-eight days for the body carrying you forward.
A postmenopause-led WhatsApp challenge about bone, joints, muscle, pelvic health, bladder and vaginal health, heart, sleep, cognition, and staying able to do the things that make life yours.

One short read, one prompt, and one optional action each day.
Seated, supported, shortened, and rest-day versions belong here.
Health claims lead back to Nila's named evidence and practical guides.
Why this challenge
For many people, it is decades of life. Yet basic hormone education often stops with periods and hot flashes, just as bone, muscle, pelvic tissue, bladder, heart, sleep, and long-term function need more attention.
The Years Ahead is not about turning your body into a project. It is about understanding the postmenopause basics, what may be changing, and which parts of health deserve continued attention.
Postmenopause leads the room. It does not close the door. Anyone in perimenopause, menopause, surgical or treatment-induced menopause, or another hormone transition is welcome.

WEEK 01
Understand the long-stage shifts, notice everyday function, and find a repeatable mix of loading, strength, mobility, food, and recovery.
WEEK 02
Name what is happening without shame: pelvic-floor coordination, leaking and urgency, genitourinary syndrome of menopause, comfort, and when to ask for care.
WEEK 03
Know the ordinary health numbers, build walking, strength, and balance around your real body, and treat recovery as part of the work.
WEEK 04
Learn why sleep, brain fog, hot flashes, preventive care, and treatment questions can still matter long after the final period.
The rhythm
Read a short, plain-language note with a route to the source.
Join one prompt in the WhatsApp thread, privately or in the group.
Try one small optional action, with seated and supported alternatives.
Carry forward only what is useful. Nothing resets if life interrupts.
November 1, 2026
One email when registration is ready and one before the first day. Joining the reminder list does not register you for the cohort.
Questions
No. Postmenopause leads the curriculum because it is the long, overlooked stage. People in perimenopause, menopause, surgical or treatment-induced menopause, and other hormone transitions are welcome.
One short evidence-linked read, one thoughtful prompt, and one small optional action in the private WhatsApp cohort. Written replies help keep the group accessible.
Nothing resets. There are no streaks, rankings, weigh-ins, before-and-after photos, or catch-up pressure. The material stays in the thread.
Yes. Every movement prompt can be shortened, seated, supported, or skipped. The challenge is education and community support, not an exercise prescription.
No. It cannot diagnose or replace your doctor or specialist. Safety notes are built in, and every health claim links to Nila's named sources.
The challenge is included with a Sole Sister Ramblers membership. There is no separate Nila fee.
