A welcome from your UROSPOT team

The rest of the picture, in plain language.

Your sessions do the strengthening. A Nila Premium membership does the twenty days in between — tracking what changes, telling you whether it’s actually working, and printing one page you can hand to your doctor.

A gift from your clinic

Your UROSPOT clinic has covered your first year of Nila Premium.

Your clinic gave you an invite code — on a card at reception, or in your follow-up email. Paste it in and you’re in. No card, no charge.

Start here

What’s loudest today?

Four ways in. Pick the one that sounds like your week — each gives you one thing to do today, one thing to track, and where to read more when you have the capacity. You can change your mind any time.

Track one

I'm braced all day and can't switch off

“I'm fine. I'm just running on adrenaline.”

A floor that never lets go is a floor that leaks. Down-regulation isn't a nice extra here — it's the first thing that moves urgency, and it's the part almost nobody is taught. Start with something spoken aloud rather than something to read.

Track two

Leaks, urgency, mapping every bathroom

“I know where every toilet in the city is.”

Your sessions do the strengthening. This is everything around it: waiting out the urge on purpose, what vaginal estrogen does for the tissue, pessaries, prolapse, and when a pelvic physio is the right next call.

Track three

Up at 3 a.m., and up again to pee

“I haven't slept through since I was forty-four.”

Night waking and night urination feed each other, and both get worse the week before a period. Seeing the two side by side on one chart is usually the moment it stops feeling random.

Track four

Nobody has looked at the whole picture

“Every appointment deals with one thing at a time.”

Joints, brain fog, hot flashes, hormones, HRT options — graded A to D so you can tell what's solid from what's promising. Then one printable page for your next appointment, so you walk in with a pattern instead of an apology.

It was never only about leaks.

UROSPOT treats urgency, frequency, night waking, prolapse and sexual function — in women and men — and the pelvic floor sits downstream of sleep, stress and hormones. Whatever brought you in, the rest of it is here too.

Between sessions

Four practices you can listen to, eyes closed.

Nobody learns a pelvic floor from a paragraph. Each one is spoken aloud with a pacer to follow, so you can put the phone down instead of reading instructions while trying to feel something internal. Members get the full set with transcripts, plus the sleep, breath and down-training programs they sit inside.

When the urge hits

In the moment · one minute

Stop. Stand still or sit down

10

Step 1 / 5

Voice guide · 50 sec

Rushing to the bathroom feeds the urgency loop. Waiting out the peak, on purpose, is the core of bladder retraining — and it's the one thing you can do the very first day.

Finding it with your breath

Before anything else · two minutes

Hand on the lower belly, knees bent

15

Step 1 / 4

Voice guide · 1 min

The pelvic floor moves with the diaphragm. Feeling that before you start squeezing anything is what stops months of well-meant but wrongly-aimed effort.

Letting it go

For urgency, pain and holding · two minutes

Unclench the jaw, soften the tongue

20

Step 1 / 4

Voice guide · 1 min 15 sec

A pelvic floor that never switches off causes urgency, pain and leaking too. Down-training is half the work, and it's the half almost nobody is taught.

A proper lift and release

Most days · two minutes

Sit tall or lie down, keep breathing

15

Step 1 / 5

Voice guide · 1 min

Supervised pelvic floor muscle training is first-line for stress and mixed urinary incontinence in the guidelines. The release matters as much as the squeeze, and consistency beats intensity.

Urgency gets louder when you’re braced. If your days are spent scanning for the next bathroom, the floor rarely gets a chance to let go — which is why the nervous-system side sits next to the pelvic side here, not in a different app.

What Premium actually does

Six sessions in three weeks. Premium works the other twenty days.

Reading is not the product. Premium is the part that remembers what she logged, turns it into a pattern, tells her whether she’s actually improving, and prints one page she can hand to her doctor. That is what she cannot get anywhere else, and it is what makes her course of treatment feel like progress.

Your full pattern history

Bladder episodes, urgency, pelvic floor practice, sleep and mood logged in two taps — then charted across months, not the last few days. This is where a client sees that her urgency spikes the week before her period, or that night waking eased once she stopped bracing.

The appointment pack

One printable page she hands to her doctor or physio: her tracked pattern, her top three questions, and every line tagged so nobody has to guess what they're reading. Members build it in about four minutes. It is the single most-used thing we've built.

Nila, with memory

Answers drawn from our cited library and her own log, and she remembers last week. "Is my urgency actually improving?" gets a real answer from her own data instead of a search result.

Meet Nila

Structured programs, week by week

Fourteen sequenced programs — pelvic floor down-training, sleep, strength, walking, mobility, mindfulness — so between-session work is a plan she follows, not four articles she meant to read.

Browse the programs

Apple Health, brought in

Sleep and resting heart rate imported from her watch and shown beside her symptom log, tagged DEVICE-MEASURED on exports so a doctor can tell what's objective.

How the sync works

Her story, written from her data

A plain-language narrative of what has actually changed since her first session — the thing that makes a course of treatment feel like progress instead of a memory. Plus members-only rooms and a private journal.

Why clinics cover it

What a covered membership does for your clinic.

Between-session adherence you can see

A client with a program and a two-tap log does her home work. Six sessions land differently when the twenty days between them are structured.

Progress she can name at session six

"I sleep through most nights now, and I've stopped mapping bathrooms" is a retention conversation. Without tracking, she only remembers the bad week.

The questions come to us, not your front desk

Hormones, HRT, vaginal estrogen, prolapse, painful sex. Cited answers, staying in our lane, always pointing back to her clinician.

Your brand on it, none of her data

Co-branded onboarding and redemption counts for you. Her logs, journal and questions stay hers — that's what makes her use it honestly.

Ready? Your invite code from UROSPOT unlocks all of it.

At the clinic

What a course at UROSPOT looks like.

UROSPOT uses a Health Canada–licensed electromagnetic (HIFEM) chair to contract the pelvic floor while you sit fully clothed. Our evidence grade for pelvic floor chairs is unchanged by this partnership.

30 minutes, fully clothed

You sit on the chair in the clothes you arrived in. No gown, no undressing, no internal exam.

Usually six sessions over three weeks

Twice a week for three weeks is the typical plan, tailored at your first visit by the clinic team.

No referral needed

You can book a complimentary consult directly; the first visit reviews your history and builds the plan.

What it's used for

Bladder leaks, urgency, frequency, night waking, sexual function and pelvic organ prolapse — in women and men, including after prostate surgery.

Find your location

UROSPOT clinics run the same programme city to city. Book a complimentary consult at yours, or see the Winnipeg clinic details.

Read before you start

How we write about the treatment you’re already having.

Before you decide

What happens after the covered year?

Your clinic-covered year runs a full twelve months. Near the end we email you so you can decide whether to continue on your own — nothing renews without you choosing it.

Can I cancel?

Any time, in two taps from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Is this only for pelvic floor stuff?

No. Bladder and prolapse are covered properly, but Nila is the whole midlife picture: sleep, mood, joints, hormones, HRT options, brain fog.

Does UROSPOT see my data?

Never. Your logs, journal and questions are yours. Clinics see how many codes were redeemed — nothing about any individual member, ever.

Do I need the app?

No. Everything works in a browser. The iOS and Android apps add a home-screen shortcut and, on iPhone, an optional Apple Health import for sleep and resting heart rate.

For UROSPOT teams

Handing out the code, in one line.

“Your sessions do the strengthening. This covers the rest — the bracing, the sleep, the hormones. It’s a year on us: go to hellonila.com/urospot and paste the code.”

  • · Point the QR card and follow-up email at this page, not the homepage.
  • · Send nervous-system clients to track one; leak-and-urgency clients to track two.
  • · You see redemption counts only — never a client’s logs, questions or journal.

Our evidence grades don’t move for partners. The pelvic floor chair page is graded on the research alone, and it stays that way whoever we work with.

Your first year is already paid for.

Paste the invite code from your UROSPOT clinic. Two minutes and you’re in — no card, no charge.
